We take the worry out of getting to appointments, activities, events and shopping. For short or long trips, our transport service can get you to where you want to be.

Transport support for older people with Catholic Homes is available for doctor and pharmacy visits, shopping and hairdressers appointments and more.

Our friendly team can connect you to your local community, they know the town and will get you out and about. Entry level care and community support services incur a small fee and are subsidised by the Government making services very affordable.

Transport assistance covers many areas including Perth Metro north and south of the river and the City of Greater Geraldton.

Our friendly advisors can help make arrangements for you to reach appointments including your doctor, specialist or pharmacist or social event knowing that getting there is easy and simple.

Transport services with Catholic Homes can be an inexpensive alternative to getting a cab or waiting for the bus.

Funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, our transport services are inexpensive and easy to organise, through My Aged Care.
