Top award for Bunbury’s carer
Catholic Homes has received national recognition for its hospitality and care services.
Chief Executive of Catholic Homes, Paul Andrew, said the State branch of the Institute of Hospitality in HeathCare (IHHC) presented its National Brightest Star Award to Robyn Gibbons, our highly regarded Domestic Worker at Ocean Star in Bunbury.
“Please join me in warmly congratulating Robyn on her win, it highlights her compassion and dedication to the people she cares for and works with,” he said.
“This significant award recognises staff who go ‘above and beyond’ in their role, and in treating others with respect while displaying the values of both Catholic Homes and the IHHC.”
Robyn (pictured, right, with Executive Manager Donna Kelly) has continuously gone above and beyond and clearly demonstrates the Catholic Homes values of joy, love and hospitality within our Care with Purpose approach, Mr Andrew said.
Her efforts were recognised last year when she took out the Brightest Star award for WA and this new prize is testament to her work and the team at Ocean Star.
Mr Andrew said this award is a great reflection of the high quality of our services evident throughout Catholic Homes.
