Welcome our new Chief Executive
Please welcome Darren Cutri to Catholic Homes!
Darren commenced with us in January and he’s excited to take on his new role in leading and serving Catholic Homes as our Chief Executive.
“It’s an honour and a privilege to help deliver our mission and vision,” he said.
“We have great foundations and together we can build Catholic Homes to be truly fantastic as a place to work, to live and be supported at home.”
As Chief Executive, Darren oversees our six aged care residences, four retirement villages and a home care service operating from Geraldton to Albany.
A committed Catholic, Darren attends the Mater Christi parish in Yangebup.
He has worked in a variety of Catholic, commercial and not-for-profit organisations and has extensive experience in the aged care sector as a board member with MercyCare and Bethanie.
He chairs the Ministry Initiative Advisory Committee for the Sisters of St John of God and has held chairmanships of Mater Christi Primary School, Corpus Christi College and his parish’s finance committee.
Darren is married to his wife of 24 years, Cherryl, and they have two sons, Ben (21) and Nick (18).
Outside of work, Darren enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and is an avid AFL fan as a supporter of the Fremantle Dockers.
This means he is very much looking forward to this year’s footy-tipping competition!
Please join us in congratulating Darren on his appointment and in making him feel welcome at Catholic Homes when you meet him.
