Meet Ted

Ted is West Australian, born in Collie, and lived at Bakers Hill and Northam.

At one stage Ted worked at the Wundowie charcoal iron and wood distillation plant that manufactured pig iron, and while there he was involved with industrial safety on site.
Ted now lives in Bunbury at Ocean Star, and we caught up with him on his way to the Sensory Room to enjoy a rare glimpse of sun before it set over the ocean, in what has been a wet and windy week.

Ted participates in numerous job roles in his community.

He is quiz master once a week, performs master of ceremonies duties when required, delivers mail, and performs the duties of barman on occasion.

When asked about his secret to happiness he shares: “Sleeping well, the great food here, and always doing something!”
